Step 1: Write your first names in the space below seperated by a comma. (Ex: "Zachary, Karen, Joshua, Reagan, Elijah") We can accomadate up to 8 different first names.
 
Step 2: Write your last name (or whatever you want the snowflake part of the mug to say, some customers are choosing “Christmas 2023” instead) in the last name box.
 
Step 3: Choose your mug color. Please refer to the photo for a sample of colors.
 
Step 4: Choose your accent (Last Name/Snowflake) color.
 
Step 5: Choose your size. No difference in pricing.
 
Step 6: Indicate if you would like the year engraved on the bottom right of the mug. (Engraving may be difficult to see if choosing a dark mug color.)
 
Shipping: We will be making these ornaments in batches. Please refer to the timelines below. NOTE: the "Ship Date" is the day we expect to have your order in the mail, not the day it will be delivered. Most orders take 2-3 business days to reach the customer. If you will be picking up your order locally (Chandler or Stillwater) your order will be available to be picked up on the "Ship Date." Don't forget to use the code "PickUp" at checkout to bypass shipping fees.
 
Orders placed by Nov. 11th have a ship date of Nov. 20.
Orders placed by Nov. 25th have a ship date of Dec. 4.
Orders placed by Dec. 16th have a ship date of Dec. 19.
